NR-1
In an inspection, what Dialoga provides
NR-1 is the Brazilian regulation on occupational risk management. This page describes how Dialoga supports companies subject to it.
The short answer
Since May 26, 2026, NR-1 expressly includes work-related psychosocial risk factors in Occupational Risk Management (GRO). Dialoga produces the evidence for that part: the worker consultation, the inventory of psychosocial factors by area, the linked measures and how they evolve over time. The PGR remains the company's, prepared under its responsibility, usually with its SESMT or an occupational health and safety consultancy.
What Dialoga provides
It all comes from the report the manager issues from the dashboard, as a PDF, whenever they want.
Psychosocial Risk Inventory, as a PDF
A document issued by the manager, for whatever period they choose. It shows the risk level of each factor by area, with the number of answers behind each row. Segments below the anonymity threshold appear as suppressed, not omitted, so the inspector can see they exist.
Record of worker consultation
How many people were heard, out of how many, and over what period. NR-1 requires mechanisms for consulting workers about how they perceive risks, and the coverage printed in the report is proof that the consultation happened and of how broad it was.
Summary by risk factor
The whole company added up, without splitting by area. In small teams this is the view that carries the analysis, because the breakdown by area usually falls below the anonymity threshold.
Measures linked to each risk
For each factor rated Moderate or above, the measures recorded in the action plan, with owner, deadline and percentage complete. Where there is no measure, the report says so in red and suggests starting points. Hiding the gap would look worse in an inspection.
History over time
How severity and serious triggers evolve over time. That is what shows continuous management, rather than a one-off survey done to tick a box.
Methodology and regulatory basis printed
How the score becomes severity, how frequency is calculated, how the level is classified, which version of the method produced the numbers, and the regulatory basis. A report without a declared method doesn't hold up in an audit.
Consent record
Each participant's acceptance of the consent form is stored on the platform, along with the version of the form they accepted. Conversations may touch on health, which is sensitive data under the LGPD.

What stays with the company
Saying what we don't do is part of saying precisely what we do.
- Writing and maintaining the PGR, which belongs to the company and is its responsibility.
- Integrating the psychosocial inventory into the occupational risk inventory, alongside physical, chemical, biological, accident and ergonomic risks.
- Technically assessing the risks and deciding on prevention measures, usually with the SESMT or an OHS consultancy.
- Implementing the measures and recording progress in the action plan.
- Informing workers about the risks identified and the measures taken.
- Keeping the reports issued. NR-1 requires the inventory history to be kept for at least 20 years, longer than our retention period after the contract ends.
How the inventory fits into the PGR
- 1
Listen
Employees answer in one-on-one conversations with Laura, in the Coffee check-ins.
- 2
Classify
The platform consolidates answers by factor and area, and classifies the risk level.
- 3
Issue
The manager issues the inventory as a PDF for the chosen period.
- 4
Integrate
The SESMT or consultancy incorporates the inventory into the PGR and defines the measures.
- 5
Follow up
The measures go into the platform's action plan, and the next report shows whether the risk went down.
Straight questions
Is Dialoga's report the PGR?
No. The PGR belongs to the company and covers all occupational risks. Dialoga's report is the evidence on psychosocial risk factors that feeds the PGR's inventory and action plan.
Does Dialoga write the PGR or provide NR-1 consulting?
No. The rollout includes reading the report with the manager, but writing the PGR and the technical assessment remain with the SESMT or an OHS consultancy.
Does the report replace an assessment by an occupational health and safety professional?
No. It consolidates workers' perceptions in a structured way, with a declared method. The technical risk assessment belongs to a qualified professional, and the report itself says so in its footer.
How does anonymity show up in the report?
No segment with fewer respondents than the company's threshold is shown in detail, and that threshold never goes below 3. The segment appears as suppressed, and still counts toward the company total.
This page describes NR-1 at the level a buyer needs to evaluate a tool. It is not legal or technical advice. To apply the regulation to your company, consult your SESMT or an occupational health and safety professional. See also how the method works and book a call.
