Rolling out Dialoga isn't installing software. It's designing the instrument your company will use to listen, and preparing the launch that gets people to answer. Everything is below: the phases, what's left out, what you need to provide and how much it costs.
Two things decide the first cycle, and neither is a screen setting
Whether people believe it's anonymous
That is what drives participation. The product already guarantees anonymity through engineering, but believing in it is a communication problem. That's why the internal launch is a phase, not a detail.
Whether the topics carry a real hypothesis
Generic topics produce reports everyone agrees with and nobody acts on. Each topic has to say, before going into the field, what decision it will unlock.
The six phases

- Each topic answers three questions: what is the hypothesis, what direction do we expect, what decision does it unlock
- Question order reviewed for order effects and acquiescence bias

Billing follows who is registered and still employed. Hire someone, they start counting. Someone leaves, they stop counting. No contract amendments.
Twelve-month contract, billed monthly. Above 1,000 employees the rollout becomes its own scope, and we'd rather talk than guess in the dark.
Prices in Brazilian reais (BRL). Dialoga currently serves companies in Brazil.

- Additional groups or in-person training

What you need to provide
A stalled rollout is almost always an input that never arrived. We agree on this before we start.
- A named owner, with authority to approve copy and calendar
- Whatever documents already exist, no need to polish them
- The employee list as a CSV, with area, level and email
- Approval of the communication kit within the agreed window
- A launch date protected from other internal events
The rollout is considered complete when the first report is generated and presented, with action plans open. Not before, so you're not left alone with the first reading.
