Question 1

What is Dialoga AI?

Accepted Answer

Dialoga AI is a continuous listening platform that uses artificial intelligence to run one-on-one interviews with employees, turning their perceptions into actionable data for managers and HR.

Question 2

How does Laura, Dialoga's AI, work?

Accepted Answer

Laura holds conversations in natural language, with empathy, adapting as she goes. She asks relevant questions based on each employee's profile and context, which makes the experience feel human and draws richer answers than a traditional form.

Question 3

Does Dialoga replace traditional engagement surveys?

Accepted Answer

Dialoga complements traditional surveys and takes them further. Instead of a yearly form with shallow answers, we run continuous listening cycles with qualitative depth and quantitative data, all in one place.

Question 4

How long does an interview with Laura take?

Accepted Answer

On average 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how deep the employee goes. Laura adjusts the pace to each person, with no rush and no unnecessary questions.

Question 5

Does Laura only speak Portuguese?

Accepted Answer

Today Laura works in Brazilian Portuguese. English and Spanish are on our roadmap for the coming months.

Question 6

Do I need to install an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Laura runs right in the browser, on any device. Employees just receive the access link from their company and click to start the conversation.

Question 7

Can I answer on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The platform is fully responsive and built for mobile. Employees can type or send voice messages, whichever feels more comfortable.

Question 8

What happens after I talk to Laura?

Accepted Answer

Your answers are anonymized, analyzed and combined with those of other employees. The result shows up in your dashboard under 'My Results', with a summary of your own conversation that only you can see.

Question 9

Can I decline to answer a question?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. Taking part is voluntary at every step. You can pause, skip a question or end the conversation at any time, with no consequence at all.

Question 10

Do I need to accept any terms before talking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Before your first interview you'll see a consent form explaining what is collected, why, and how anonymity is guaranteed through aggregation. The conversation only starts once you accept, and you can say no, because taking part is always voluntary.

Question 11

Are employee answers really anonymous?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The system guarantees technical anonymity: no individual answer is tied to an employee's name in management reports. Managers only see aggregated data and trends, never personal identification.

Question 12

Who can see my answers?

Accepted Answer

Your answers are processed by the AI and combined into aggregated reports. Only you can see your individual history, under 'My Results'. Leadership only sees collective metrics.

Question 13

How is the data stored?

Accepted Answer

Data travels over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), database access is restricted to our internal infrastructure, and the daily backup is encrypted, with a restore tested every month. The servers are in the United States, and conversations are analyzed with Google Gemini, under the safeguards that Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) requires for international transfers. The full list of subprocessors is on the Security page. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Question 14

Can my company identify me from my answers?

Accepted Answer

No. The platform's architecture keeps the employee's identity apart from the answers in reports. On top of that, individual data only appears in aggregate, above a minimum number of respondents set by the company (3 by default), which prevents anyone from being singled out.

Question 15

How do I set up a survey for my team?

Accepted Answer

From the Manager Dashboard you can create survey cycles, choose who takes part, customize questions and schedule delivery. Laura runs each interview automatically.

Question 16

Can I customize the questions Laura asks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can add questions specific to your context or company culture. Laura weaves them into the conversation naturally, so it never feels like a form.

Question 17

What is the minimum number of answers for a report?

Accepted Answer

To guarantee anonymity, individual data only appears when the group reaches the minimum number of respondents set by the company (at least 3). The company can raise that limit in the settings, but never lower it below 3.

Question 18

How is eNPS calculated?

Accepted Answer

eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) is calculated automatically from answers about recommending the company as a place to work. The formula is: % promoters (scores 9 to 10) minus % detractors (scores 0 to 6). Scores above +40 are considered excellent by the market (Bain & Company).

Question 19

Can reports be exported?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reports can be exported as PDF and CSV straight from the Manager Dashboard, which makes it easy to present them to the board and in leadership meetings.

Question 20

How can I try the platform?

Accepted Answer

Click 'Talk to Laura' on the home page. You'll have a real conversation with our AI and get a personalized diagnosis of your company's situation. No strings attached.

Question 21

Do you offer technical support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You reach our team through the Laura channel under 'Talk to Laura'. Enterprise plans include priority support, agreed when you sign up.

Question 22

My company is small. Is Dialoga a fit for us?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Dialoga was designed to scale, from teams of 10 people to corporations with thousands of employees. We have plans for every size.

Question 23

Does it integrate with tools we already use (Slack, Teams, HRIS)?

Accepted Answer

Integrations with Slack, Microsoft Teams and the main HR systems (such as Gupy, Totvs and SAP SuccessFactors) are on our roadmap. Get in touch to learn the current status and priorities.
